DURALOY™ Pipe provides maximum service life for all severe abrasive material handling applications. DURALOY pipe is welded using a unique welding technique which creates a layer with uniform hardness inside a carbon steel pipe.

•   Pipe size: 4” to 24”
•   Length:
  •   Pipe sizes less than 10”: Custom lengths up to 20’
  •  Pipe sizes 10” or larger: Custom lengths up to 10’
•   Flange type:
  •  Class 150 and 300 ANSI flange
  •  Bevel or plain end
  •  Custom flanges available
•   Nominal Hardness: 55 to 68 HRC depending on grade of weld overlay
